All requests for quotes that did not require a survey for access or manufacture would be met within five working days. RFM’s were asked, where possible, to supply images of the signage issues as this sometimes eliminates the need for a survey, reducing costs.
Requests ranged from replacing existing fluorescent illumination within concession light boxes with 12V L.E.D. to removing neon illumination from large external lettering and replacing with 12V L.E.D. Also manufacturing replacement acrylic screen numerals where they had been damaged by members of the public.
Also signage integrity checks have been requested where a Shopping Centre has had a sign for another Tenant fall down.
As part of the invoicing protocol all jobs are booked in with both the Cinema, the Regional Facility Manager and, where applicable the Landlord / Managing Agent / Security.
All booking requests are made in advanced with all relevant Health and Safety documentation supplied, Method Statement, Risk Assessments and Insurance Policies.
